Monitor random drug & alcohol testing rates, reasonable suspicion documentation, annual calendar summary, excess markings and courier name on chain of custody
Monitor timely citation certifications
Monitor and document required DOT record retentions for all safety compliance areas
Perform monthly audit of driver qualification (DQ) file for all DOT recordable accidents and driver out of service;
Perform monthly review of DOT Safestat information vs internal accident register for DOT
Perform quarterly review of mock compliance audit checklist
Prepare monthly violation summary review and compile details as needed
Update safety scorecard and excel spreadsheet for Barr-Nunn's Safestat numbers and competitors benchmarking numbers.
Assist with reasonable suspicion training for team leaders as needed
Assist with general incoming phone calls as needed
Maintain Mock OSHA audit and compliance
Back up Work Comp when needed
Assist with other safety duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Prior transportation experience preferred
