Main Job Responsibilities
  • Bullet PointMonitor compliance with DOT regulations for: Hours of Service, Personal Conveyance, Yard Move, and Sleeper Berth Status
  • Bullet PointConduct compliance-related driver counsels as needed
  • Bullet PointWeekly audit of hazmat paperwork; discipline and counsel as needed
  • Bullet PointAdminister 3-yr hazmat training requirements
  • Bullet PointAssist in conducting new hire counsels
  • Bullet PointAdminister and oversee completion of driver assigned trainings
  • Bullet PointAssist with driver checklists - high value, freezable loads, etc.
  • Bullet PointOther miscellaneous safety duties as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bullet PointHigh School Diploma
  • Bullet Point1-2 years general office experience
  • Bullet PointDOT Hours of Service knowledge preferred
